This book is gorgeous from cover to cover! It is filled with helpful devotionals alongside beautiful watercolour images and handwritten Bible verses. It is broken into four sections based on the four seasons, with God-inspired words to encourage women to walk with God in their daily lives. It has been such a joy reading this book over the past few months, and I would highly recommend it. It would make a wonderful gift idea for any woman in your life, especially those going though a difficult season of their lives. It would also make the perfect coffee table book as it's a hardback with a gorgeous cover.

This book, which can be used as a deviotion book or just read helps you to breathe. The beautiful illustrations, some photographs and some water colour paintings, help you to dwell with God. The thoughtful insights which are arranged around the seasons inspire and also mean that you don't have to read them in order. You can dwell in the season that you are in. A beautiful book to keep beside your bed and read often.

This book is a stunning piece to have lying on your coffee table or anywhere in your house when you need to take a moment to stop and breathe and reflect on foundational truths. Ruth has mixed devotionals with her beautiful watercolour artworks throughout the pages making this book a delightful read. I highly recommend this as a gift idea or to treat yourself.

Beautiful devotional. Ruth sets out foundational truths from God, inviting readers to rest in who God is and what he has done for us, building on each previous concept. She encourages consideration of our position in God based fully on scripture, the natural response of praise and renewing, and the outflowing on how we live every day. This is not a shallow, consoling read to make us feel better about ourselves, but one that gently helps us be transformed in Christ as we realise we are broken but that God carries our cares and is our light and peace through all seasons. I love that the devotional is a series of connected concepts, with God's story of salvation (past, present and future) clearly interwoven throughout.
