With dragons (Xira is the absolute best! Who knew one of my favorite book characters would be a dragon?!?), time travel, other worlds, epic adventure, prophesies, friends and enemies and allies and some people who are all three - this story has everything. And, like the whole series, is just so well written and imagined. Amazing storytelling and world-building, so much that every time I read it, I'm pulled in all over again and don't want to leave. \\n\\nFrom first page to last, I was absolutely captivated. The writing, the diverse and amazingly developed characters, the plot twists that were so unexpected yet so perfectly set up that I wondered how I could have not seen them coming. Incredible series and one I will read (and have already read) over and over again. So good. \\n\\nIf you love YA or fantasy books, definitely give this series a try. Although I'd recommend starting with book one (Akarnae). \\n
