Strong Kid-Appeal
I wasn't sure about this book when it arrived. I was looking for a resource to consolidate the idea that Christmas is Jesus' birthday and not about us but I didn't like the cutesy illustrations and thought it might have been a dud. However, the book strongly appeals to my 3yo son and he likes to read it year round. He seems to particularly like the sense of excitement and occasion the book creates and wants us ato all shout the final page together,""""Happy birthday, Jesus!' In conclusion, I recommend based on my son's response.
