A moving story with real character

The main theme in this novel is dealing with past trauma and forgiveness of those who didn't. The story starts out with alternating chapters about two different characters that you are wondering how they will ever intersect. Though a work of fiction, I am sure most readers will see themselves or someone they love in at least one scenario. Mental health issues and counselling are prominent with some faith thoughts mixed in. The budding romances are sweet and hopeful but not the main focus.
