    Clear and helpful

I used this commentary when studying Hebrews and although it is not as in depth as other commentaries and doesn’t engage with the Greek text as much as some would like, this is a commentary I really appreciated as Schreiner writes in such a beautiful clear and understandable way. This commentary is very good at helping see the connectedness of the book, it also highlights some important theological notes that other commentaries miss.

    Thank you Schreiner!

    Great commentary

This commentary has good verse-by-verse explanations of Hebrews. It is particularly helpful in helping the reader keep track of the flow of the book. The explanation of each verse begins with a summary sentence that explains the flow of thought.
