I highly recommend this series for girls 8-12. Almost every little girl dreams of suddenly becoming a movie star making this book very appealing. 11 year old daughter loved everything about it except when the main character really messed up and had to do a lot of apologising. As a mum I loved the God stuff in this book: The realistic family prayer times, words of wisdom and reading the main characters prayer journals - a great example of praying for kids. Perfect blend of faith and fun fiction. Kid approved. We will definitely be buying more in this series.
