What an eye opener!
I bought this book to help understand what people go through after suffering abuse, and how to help them. I've learned so much about why they think particular ways, especially after severe abuse in childhood. This is an amazing resource and I spent ages looking for the right book. . . Im so glad I picked this one. I would highly recommend it.

For me, this book enabled me to work through my hurt in the safety and comfort of my own home with Jesus, in prayer. It is comprehensive and descriptive, allowing you to discover and confront denial, face fears, and seek healing with God, from deep emotional hurt. \\r\\nThe 5 forms of hurt covered in the book wont necessarily apply to you - but this is where the book then becomes a useful tool to help friends or others with what they are going throughexperiencing.
