    Into to Bible Study

This book was one of three required text for my undergrad ministry degree in learning how to study the Bible. This book would be the one I would recommend to people who aren’t of high academic backgrounds/minded, as it is a much simplified layout with only the minimal notes at a more basic education level. Anyone would be able to pick up this book, their Bible and learn how to study God’s word in the correct context with well-founded applications.

Excellent book to help understand how to read the Bible

Many Christians have difficulty understanding the bible and how it applies to their lives. This book is extremely valuable for Christians at any level of maturity to better understand and apply God's Word. The emphasis on God's Word meant to change us is a strong theme throughout the book. Over and over the authors remind he reader that God's Word must be applied in our lives. The authors present a series of steps which allow the reader to better understand 'where to begin' when reading God's Word. I have read this book twice and intend to read it annually to refresh the concepts in my mind. Many difficult biblical passages can be understood by investing time and effort working through the bible study method the authors present from their years of teaching experience. There are also exercises the reader can work through to practice the lesson. \\r\\nOverall, this book is an extremely valuable resource for beginning to understand and apply God's Word.
