Luke: Good News of Great Joy (Flourish Womens Bible Study Series)

A 10-Week Study for Women on the Gospel of Luke

Jesus might not have been the messiah people were expecting, but he was surely the Messiah people needed. Yes, this son of a lowly carpenter could preach, heal diseases, and cast out demons. But how could he be the promised King who was to come and redeem his people from oppression? Through this 10-week study, popular author and conference speaker Lydia Brownback helps readers to see how the Gospel of Luke presents Jesus as the promised King of kings, showcasing how Jesus's earthly ministry is good news to the downtrodden, the hurting, and the outsider.

The Flourish Bible Study series equips women to study the overarching storyline of the Bible book by book. Designed for individual or group use, each 10-week workbook features conversational teaching that aims to make in-depth Bible study accessible to women in all seasons of life, along with practical application questions and additional recommended resources.Read less
