As mentioned in my review of the NIV Gospel of Matthew, this series is perfect. They are small in size (about the size of most smart phones) neat and tidy, not overwhelming as they are thin and a great way to read the Gospels. If there was a group doing a Bible Study this would be an excellent resource.
The gospel of John is one of the more famous books in Gods holy word. It was actually written so that people could believe, so it's a no brainier that it's an amazing book to give to an unbeliever to read. This gospel of John is very neatly presented, easy to read and nice handheld size. I have used it multiple times for ministry purposes.
I bought this as a gift for a non Christian who I already gave the matching Gospel of Luke to a few months earlier. The price went up 25%. I like the clean appearance and it's easy to read, but without a sale or discount the price doesn't seem worth it.
