Just as the other reviewer said, the cover on this Bible is truly stunning! I was not expecting this for the price. Not only is it a drawing of a dove, but it also depicts different stories from the Bible, like Noah's Ark, Jonah and the whale, Moses and the burning bush, the three Magi and Jesus in Gethsemane and on the cross! I've only had it for 24hrs so I'm not sure if I have even found all the 'hidden' images yet! Just beautiful. The cover is not cheap and flimsy either. It will stand up well to regular use, I think. The pages are nice and white, and the print is a good size and clear and easy to read. There are no extras in it like maps or charts or reading plans, but it does have the standard NLT footnotes. I love this Bible so much, I am going to order a few more. It would make a great gift for someone!

Stunning NLT Bible
The book cover actually looks even more gorgeous in person as I didn't expect it to have the intricate gold foil detailing on the artwork. The pages are thinner than I am used to so it will require extra care and a little pages to flip through the pages. Unfortunately my copy had faint black markings on the cover, but overall I am satisfied with this item.
