No Compromise

I have never found the story of someone's life that has encouraged me so much in my faith. The struggles Keith experienced and wrestled with can be so true of all of us sometimes! I certainly gained a lot of wisdom through reading this biography. I would recommend this to all experienced Christians seeking motivation to go deeper and be challenged in truly living sold out for God.

I throughly enjoyed this biography of Christian singersong writer Keith Green. Keith's testimony, told by his wife Melody, is challenging to those of us who struggle, as he did, with the disciplines of Christian life. The book repeatedly pointed me back to Christ, reminding me of the truth of the Gospel in Scripture along with the testimonies of how God worked in and through Keith. \\r\\nParticularly recommended for those in music ministry, and young adults.

The life story of Keith Green. I read this book for the first time two decades ago, I have read it many times since and it is a life changing book. Well, it was for me and all my friends who read it. I am not a big fan of saying """"This book will change your life"""" because different people relate to different things. It is easy to read and so challenging whether you can relate to his music or not. Keith Green was so honest and frank and seemed to live what he said. Very powerful stuff. Don't read if you feel like a light and fluffy read. Esp if you are a Christian muso, pick it up!

I have never loved a biography more! This account of the life of 'Keith Green' written by his wife Melody is absolutely fantastic! Whether or not you know or like his music (Although I don't know why you wouldn't) the story of his life is inspirational and challenging to any Christian! I'm 20 years old and although I wasn't around when he was playing concerts - my parents played his music to us as we grew up and now I am old enough to really understand the lyrics each song inspired me in one way or another and learning His life story and testimony just made me appreciate his music and more importantly Jesus all the more It's a must read for anyone who is passionate for Jesus!
