Comprehensive
This was a big part of my mum's journey to faith and I grew up listening to these songs. Peaceful, pastoral at times and often upbeat and powerful. God gave Elvis a superb vocal ability. This collection covers gospel studio albums but also jam sessions and bootlegs of gospel songs. With those the recording quality is a bit raw but its a great glimpse into Elvis in the green room. Worth getting for all Elvis' gospel in one purchase and in one album.
