Laughing at myself
""""Know thyself"""" the teacher said. It took this book for me to begin to understand myself! Thankfully, Florence Littauer has a wonderful sense of humour, which helped me learn about my foibles and laugh at them. She identifies the four main temperaments that make up our complex personalities, giving understanding of the Strengths and Weaknesses of each one. I found it so very helpful to discover that my quiet Man of Few Words was a perfectly normal 'Phlegmatic' and his strengths beautifully balanced my weaknesses. It also enables me to see the various temperaments in my friends and family members and give them great grace. . . \\r\\nA wonderful help when counselling friends and a fun read as well. \\r\\n
