I love this kid's bible. the pictures are gorgeous, the colours bright and engaging, the images adorable and the stories read well. i use this to help me share bible stories with my sponsor child, but has also been used in kids church too. the kids love it, and so do I.

My favourite children's bible
This is my favourite children's bible. When I was younger I was given this bible and my daughter has just been given one too. It has great engaging pictures and it tells the bible stories in a clear way for children. I would definitely recommend this book.

Excellent
There are a stack of children's story Bibles out there, but this is one of the best I've come across for 3-6 year olds. The text is based on the New International Reader's Version, and this seems to result in it including more details than your typical children's Bible. It also contains more of the less-told stories (such as the Bronze Snake from Numbers, and a few Psalms and even part of Ecclesiastes). The stories vary quite a bit in length, but all of them are wonderfully illustrated by the talented Dennis Jones who has a fun, cartooning style.

Great for Sunday school
I love Dennis Jones illustrations, they are bright, eye catching and bring a smile to the face. I use this book and the toddlers book for my Preschool Sunday school lessons - a 4 y. o. boy in my class loves to look at the book during craft time.
