    Not Just For Leaders

I really appreciated this book. It was not only a guide to the workplace but also an extrapolation on how to love people. You can tell from all the sundry quotes that Maxwell is well read, with poets, preachers, cartoonists and politicians being mentioned. I'd recommend this book for those who want to know how to love and have some point by point hints. It's also good to give your not yet Christian friends, it is a wholesome read that leads by example.

    Awesome little book

Everyone who wants to be happy wants good relationships in their life and should read this awesome little book. This book contains applied biblical principles in building relationships that are others-oriented. The chapter on listening skills is very helpful, and the one that touches me the most is the chapter about our most important relationship, i. e. Our family. Maxwell said that at the end of his life he doesn't want his family to know him as great authorpastorleader, but he wants his sons to know him as great dad and his wife to call him great husband.
