My son & daughter-in-law took me to the new Koorong store in Sth Oz so that I could check it out & compare it with the old store. I was completely blown away by the size of the store, & the range of books, CDs, DVD,s & gift ware.
What surprised me was the fact that the staff members kept circulating through the store asking if they could be of assistance. The woman that asked me could she help, was blown away that I was in Sth Oz visiting family & that from time-to-time I get my religious fiction & non-fiction books from the Ryde, NSW store.
Apart from my wallet feeling the pain, it was a very pleasant shopping experience.
