This book is exactly what I was chasing. A really practical """"how to"""" covering multiple different techniques - and books/tools I had never heard of! - for digging more deeply and effectively into the Bible. So glad that I invested in this!

Journey through bible study and change your life!
Bible study methods is exactly that: it leads a believer through different methods of studying the bible from simple methods to harder and includes helpful lists of reference material that can be used. Word studies, chapter summaries, thematic studies, biographical, topical and book surveys are some of the methods. This book is all about applying scripture to change our lives. It can be used to teach new Christians how to start studying the bible but also for people to grow in their study of the bible. There are examples in each chapter and then outlines for you to use. The appendix has lists of what subjects could be studied for example positive and negative character qualities, questions for biographical study (eg. Who wrote what we know about this person, what did people say about him? What did God say about Him? etc) and plans for systematic bible study. Some key words are listed in one appendix such as Faith, Witness, Meek, Miracle. . . There is a chapter about how to have a meaningful quiet time and how to address the problem of dry spells in our Christian walk. For anyone who wants to grow deeper in their understanding and application of the bible to their everyday life!

The Best Bible study handbook!!
I recommend this book, for any believer who is sincerely thinking of beginning a personal BIble study but don't know how to do it. THis book is the perfect """"how to"""" manual on bible study. It includes 12 different methods which are clearly explained and the author guides the reader through each method step by step.
