Run Baby Run

This book is absolutely fantastic. I first read this book when I was 17. It was a copy passed down from my mother. It is a true story about one young man when from a notorious gang to loving God. This inspiring story proves how fantastic the love of God is and that if you believe, you can turn your life around just as Nicky Cruz did. I recommend this book to everyone from the age of 12 upwards. Other good reades by Nicky Cruz are """"The Devil had no mother"""" and also the book written by the reverend David Wilkinson who saved Nicky whose book """"The Cross and The Switchblade"""" tells of his triumph.

Read this book for the first time when i was 16, and it touched me that much that i got baptized and became a member of my church. This book also made me realise i wanted to work with youth involved in gangscrime. Im now nearly 25 and am currently taking my degree in youth work and have a job working with gangs. That is how powerful this book is, i recommend it even to no christian friends. Just a truely powerful, moving, thought-provoking book that every christian should read in their life time.
