The illustrations are fabulous, but the author has made statements that are incorrect and as a result, we will no longer read this version of the Action Bible. She stated that Adam and Eve had three children. The Bible says they had sons and daughters. She also said that """"God told Noah to do something that didn't make sense. . . Noah didn't understand, but he did what God told him to do. . . If Noah didn't understand, can you imagine what everyone else thought"""". This is incorrect, in Genesis when God told Noah to build the ark, He also told him about the flood and what He was doing. I'm very disappointed in Catherine DeVries stories. Since the illustrations are so fabulous and the next level action Bible has been writing by another writer, we will give that one a try.
