The Battle Plan For Prayer

Our women's bible study group used this book earlier this year. It is linked to a study DVD (not the War Room movie). It is a great text because it show you how to plan your prayer. It is important as our enemy is attacking us all the time and we need to plan how to use our weapon to defeat him. This book also encourages me to set a time for prayer, write it down and record when God answers. When I look back to those answered prayers, I feel no matter how bad my situation is, He is always listening and strengthens my faith.

The book gives me better understanding about prayer. Prayer is an important part of our life but not everyone knows how to pray powerfully. It explains the purpose of prayer and gives strategies how to pray powerfully. It also include scriptures and testimonies. Essential book for every Christian who want to strengthen their relationship with God.

I loved this book. It really opened up my eyes to the power and meaning of prayer and its a book that definitely helped me and other's I have shared it with. Although it is filled with quite overwhelming content, it helps to convey the concept well in a way which encourages you add them into your every day life. I found I really had to sit down and be ready to read it with the right mindset , because there is a lot of information and you really want to get everything you can out of what was written. Will definitely re-read this many times.

When I first started reading """"The Battle Plan for Prayer,"""" I felt that it was almost like having a one-sided conversation with the authors. The Kendrick brothers write from personal experience and have many Scripture references throughout the book. I found it refreshing to read a book written by people who have their faith grounded in the Bible and whose faith is evident through their life stories. This book is a relaxing read, but don't expect to be the same after finishing the book. You will be challenged to change-- to grow your trust in your almighty Heavenly Father and to live a life of faith.
