    Nutritious and practical

    This book is a great compliment to The Daniel Plan book or is very useful on it's own. Although essentially a recipe book it has very helpful information on food and nutrition as well on setting up your pantry and kitchen to make eating healthy an easy choice. It has recipes covering every meal in the day from breakfast through to dinner and the snacks in between. A section at the back even helps you with cooking for celebrations. The book is written in the USA so ingredients are measured in pounds and there are a few ingredients that I have had to find an Australian equivalent for, overall though I have found it very helpful and the recipes easy to make. I am going to buy the hardcover version of it though as my e-reader tends to go to sleep while I make the recipe.
