Great book for existing and men who aspire to be elders

what a gem this book is. As an eldership team we have been working through this book. It contains a wealth of information in regard to eldership and the duties that come with it. This book has challenged some of our established systems, and has generated some great discussions and self reflections of how and why we do things as elders. If you are an elder, read this book, if you are a man aspiring to eldership, read this book.
