I don't like endings (But I liked this one!)
The conclusion to this fantasy epic, The Final Storm managed to rap up the story in an intelligent, unexpected, and unexpectedly moving way. I was completely blindsided by the conclusion, while also feeling that there was no other way that the story could have ended in a fulfilling way. This may not be the same for everyone who reads the series, (and I am aware of some faults in the book), but it was this series (and especially this conclusion), that mark the beginning of my journey from a child's perspective in literature, to a young adult. I very highly recommend.
