I ordered this book for my children for Christmas after seeing it in the store and falling in love with the hardcover, beautiful illistrutions and nice size. We read a chapter a night and it took us close to half a year to finish it but my children absolutely loved it! It's very relatable for them in dealing with the world and how to overcome it with Jesus. Highly recommend it to anyone with children! So worth the investment. A beautiful book to pass down generations too.

Great for the whole family
I had never read Pilgrim's Progress so this was fun for me too. My oldest (6) loves larger stories like this and my youngest (4) usually gets upset about them. Not with this one! Thanks to all the animal illustrations. This would make an excellent gift!

Fun version for both children and adults
Highly recommended as an introduction to The Pilgrim's Progress for children and it's great to read as an adult too. The lessons are timeless and cross generations.

Beautiful Story, Beautiful Illustrations
As an adult, I will unashamedly say that I bought this book for myself, and enjoyed every second of reading it. The book covers two perspectives - Christian's and Christina - and is such an easy read. The layout of the book is aesthetic in itself, from the font to the illustrations. Definitely would recommend it to everyone, regardless of age. It would be a great book to read to kids too - it's not too heavy, but still touches on important topics!

Also my favourite version of Pilgrims Progress.
As mentioned by Sarita, this is such a wonderful edition of Pilgrims Progress. The illustrations are detailed and gorgeous sketches, with an adorable bunny being the central character. Speaking of character, this is so much character in this book! The translation makes this edition both assessable to all people and literacy, not just children. That's not to say it is a 'too simple' read, but that it allows the beauty of Bunyan's work to be enjoyed and read in such a way the truths stand for themselves to fall upon the heart in an easier way. This would be the perfect gift for fellow believers, both for the beauty of the content as well as its appearance, for both children and adults, too. A very special book indeed.
