The Narrow Way

How can Christians respond to those who blame the Inquisition, Nazism, western imperialism and slavery on the Church? Christopher Hitchens, the infamous atheist, says that �religion poisons everything.� This author agrees and she even argues that God agrees!  
Instead of seeing the world as a battle between atheism and religion, Diana Lesperance sees a third way that runs between the secular and the sacred that she calls the Narrow Way. She walks through history from the Garden of Eden to the War on Terror and argues that God hates �religiosity� while he loves those who truly follow Him and that those who have followed The Narrow Way were the heroes of history and responsible for the expansion of science, freedom and knowledge.
