Highly Recommended for those starting in ministry

Nothing but by the grace of God can completely prepare a servant of the Lord when he or she has been called for pastoral ministry. So I find this book very inspiring, informative and full of practical nuggets of wisdom for someone like me who has just started in my pastoral ministry. I highly recommend for neophyte to even seasoned pastors. Great read for all church leaders as well.
