    Great resource

This is a great way to read the Christmas story. Word for word from the Bible and in a format that will engage late primary/teens. My son has really enjoyed it!

    Great graphic retelling

This book takes the unaltered text of the Gospel of Luke (chapter 22-24) and puts into graphic novel format. I had already got Light in the darkness, the Christmas graphic novel by the same illustrator, and really appreciated it, so was pleased when this came up. \\nIt is a nice size and well done. There is a bit of blood and violence, so not for anyone wanting a pretty retelling. But seems very accurate, and ideal for teens and even younger, to help them picture the amazing story of Jesus' trial, death, and resurrection. It really does help bring the story to life.

    Good Resource for Teens

I have a teenager and wanted to give something more meaningful than chocolate for Easter this year when I saw this book and went online to look at the reviews. I was impressed enough to purchase it and my son devoured it on easter morning, he loves to read. anyway he stopped to asm me a few """"and did you know. . . """" moments as he read it. The pictures were really good too, he doesn't often read things with pictured but I think it really helped.
