These prayers have been a great support for me in prayer. These prayers are full of emotion and honesty, which have helped me deepen my prayers from just a wish list.

One of the finest books of prayers available
This collection of prayers is unmatched. Ordered by theme, Bennett has skilfully drawn together the prayers of some of the giants of the Puritan era. The prayers are honest, searching, theologically rich but also beautiful pieces of literature. Reading these amazing written prayers challenges me in my own prayer life pushing me to declare the majesty of God and my own desperate need. You WILL love this book.
