Very helpful
In Desiring God, John Piper explains a great theology of finding happiness in God. This book is the nut and bolts, nitty-gritty details on how to find joy in God, i. e. Desiring God answers the what and why question, whereas this book answers the how question. I found the practical tips Piper shared in this book, such as how to memorize scriptures effectively very helpful. This book also answers some of my questions, such as """"How important is early morning prayer?"""",""""How to use the usual things we do like eating, drinking, sleeping, exercising for the glory of God?"""". The only drawback is that as with other Piper's books, I find some part is very hard to understand, and requires mental work. If you are seeking the true and deepest joy in God, then this book is for you.
