Great Resource
This is a great, and very easy to read, resource for anyone just starting out in youth ministry, especially those who are starting one up for the first time. Doug has worked in youth ministry for years and shares candidly all the things he's learnt, and wished he'd known, along the way. What to do, what not to do, what will likely send kids to hospital, what will send the youth worker to hospital. . .
