One of My Favourite Books
This book was given to me as a present by a friend and it’s an awesome story to read about Love. Angel doesn’t know the meaning of love she has never loved a man or trusted one, having been used and being paid to do what is expected of her but Michael tells her and shows her and she is saved into a beautiful women of God! Highly recommend this book!

Couldn't put it down!
This book was so good it even got my husband reading- and he doesn't read! The story is a beautiful and epic tale based on the book of Hosea. Set in the 1800s, Michael falls in love with a prostitute named Angel, who's real name is Sarah, who due to unfortunate circumstances surrounding her mother (who had been used as a mistress) who dies, is sold into prostitution as a young girl. Unsurprisingly, she has lost her faith in everything, especially humanity. Just like in the bible, Michael feels called to marry her and rescue her. But Sarah must learn to love and trust in order to be redeemed. It's an absolutely stunning love story and not too be missed!

too much sex
This novel is extremely well written and the theme of redemption is fantastic. I did not appreciate the fixation on the sexual parts of the story. It could have been done differently. Still a great book, but if you have sexual trauma in your past it may be a difficult read.
