Great adaptation from book to movie and a beautiful story! Keep in mind that there are some mild sexual scenes in this movie, so definitely not for young viewers.

Amazing Movie
I have the book and so when I found out about the movie I just had to watch it and I was not disappointed! For me the movie came to life, all the characters were perfect for the movie! I watched this movie twice and I would like to see it again as I like the beautiful love story and the conversion of Angel!

Beautiful
All I can really say is 'Don't miss this movie!' You'll come away with a deeper appreciation for the love God has for us - but His love is even more perfect, even more patient and kind and generous, even more everything than even Michael's love for Angel. It's many years since I read the book, but I'm now keen to reread it. The acting was fantastic, the sets and costumes and everything about it was top class. A perfect parable, painting a beautiful picture of the length's God goes to for us, a reminder of the price our redemption cost Him, and how willingly He paid it. Certainly not a family movie, but for adults- do yourself a favour and watch this movie.

Love Redeemed!
If you have read the book you will want to see this story come alive in this incredible movie! Abigail Cowen plays Angel perfectly and Tom Lewis plays Michael Hosea perfectly too. Even though there are a lot of scenes they had to cut out that were in the book, everything that they did show was matching to the book and everything fit well too. I would watch it again and again as it's a beautiful movie about unconditional love, not just about Angel and Michael but also about the love that Gods has for us. This story is not just another love story it's more that that it's about forgiveness, hope, trust, justice, faith, humility, second chances, patience, redemption and more. If you read the book then watch this movie it will make more sense, or if you watch the movie 1st then read the book it will make sense too. I wouldn't recommend this movie for under 15 as they probably won't understand it and there are some adult scenes but no nudity. Well produced and the characters are well played too! I hope you enjoy this story by Francine Rivers as much as I did as it is worth watching.
